Korimi Mexico
is a textile studio founded in 2015 by Monserrat Dominguez and Annia Ezquerro,
based in Mexico City.
Our fashion concept is built on the Mexican traditional roots of
heritage and artisanship. With every product, the label pays homage to the
permanent conversation between the Mexican cultural heritage and the
preservation of ancestral crafts with a contemporary design approach.
Each of our pieces has a process by hand, this takes time, awareness and heart. Our pieces are embroidered and dyed by artisans in the communities of Mexico. Korimi continues to focus on limited-quantity items, and it also creates made-to-order pieces to avoid overproduction
We believe it is our mission to contribute positively to the cultural heritage regeneration and revitalization, by making it relatable to the younger generations, so they´ll embrace it and preserve it.
